About Us
“烘焙是专业，也是一门艺术。”
在过去10年培养无数烘焙师的陈木莲院长，最大的理念就是要改变所有人对烘焙的概念和定义。她认为，烘焙是讲求专业的职业，随着社会对烘焙的要求越来越高，烘焙已经升华成一门艺术。
“烘焙不是给成绩不好的人学的，而是给有兴趣的人学的。”
DOREMI RECIPE专业烘焙学院的由来是源自于烘焙犹如“DoReMi”
这般简单易学，只要掌握最基本的烘焙知识，专业的技巧及积极的态度，烘焙其实可以很简单。
本学院与英国两所合作学院———温布尔学院以及英国Llandrillo Menai学院提供双联课程让拥有相关文凭的烘焙师到英国或新加坡继续深造。本学院采用了来自英国优良技术教育方案，栽培了无数精英烘焙师。
